CLYDE UNION Pumps, UK (Formerly Known as Weir Pumps, UK)- Al-Zour Project : PSC along with our principals CLYDE UNION Pumps, UK had recently completed a project for MPW at their Al-Zour facility, which includes design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of 3 main water transfer pumps (model: DBA 350/400 with 7.5 MGD @ 223 M head at 1490 RPM) to transfer treated water from two new reservoirs 5 &8 to another reservoir at Wafra.
Dresser Rand Compressors/Expanders for KOC and KNPC : PSC along with our principals Dresser Rand had successfully managed to supply most of the major natural gas booster compressors at GC23, BS140 and BS150 at KOC and also most of the process gas compressors at KNPC Shuaiba refinery. In fact, one of the biggest expander in the Middle East is supplied by Dresser Rand at the KNPC Mina Al Ahmadi refinery. Also, currently we are carrying out upgrades on those KOC compressors by converting from wet seals to dry gas seals.
Solar Turbines for KOC and JO : PSC along with our principals Solar Turbines, USA had sold many gas turbine driven compressors from for KOC at GC17/BS170 and at GC21 for tank vapor compression applications. Also, we have sold many gas turbines from solar centaur range for Joint operations for gas compression applications. Also, we are currently carrying out major power upgrade on the centaur unit at GC17/BS170 for enhancing the capacity of those compressors to meet the client KOC requirements.
CLYDE UNION Pumps, UK (Formerly Known as Weir Pumps, UK) -MPW/Kharafi National Sulabiya BOT Project Main Feed Pumps: PSC along with CLYDE UNION Pumps had recently completed successfully the supply, installation and commissioning supervision of 8 main Ardiya Feed Pumps, which is collecting and feeding the total sewage from Kuwait to the main sewage treatment plant at Sulabiya.
Single Buoy Moorings (SBM), USA for JO/Al-Kafji : PSC along with our principals recently completed supply, installation and commissioning assistance of two single point mooring buoys for our client JO/Al-Kafji offshore operations.
Serck Audco Plug Valves for Flow Line and Well Head applications to KOC PSC along with had supplied most of the plug valves used by KOC in the flow line, inlet header and well head applications which are quite reliable and maintenance free.
Rolls Wood Group, UK : PSC along with Rolls Wood Group have carried out many major/minor over-haul of Rolls Royce Gas Turbines present in KOC driving many critical Gas compressors and crude dispatch pumps.
Camfil Farr,USA: PSC along with our principals Camfil Farr who are specialists in handling air inlet filtration systems for Gas Turbines have supplied, installed and commissioned many filtration systems for KOC for their various Gas Turbines like Ruston TE 1500 / 1750 and GE Frame 5 and Rolls Royce Avon Engines. Currently, we are carrying out new air inlet filtration systems for 3 Cooper Bessemer Engines at GC1 5 and GC23 at KOC North Kuwait.
Olympus Industrial,UK : PSC represent Olympus Industrial, UK who are the leaders in manufacturing Industrial Bore scopes, Fiber scopes and Video scopes used for Gas Turbines, Gas Compressors, Pumps, Heat Exchangers and Piping Inspection. We have supplied many inspection equipments to KOC and KNPC inspection and mechanical maintenance and rotating equipment departments and also provide constant technical support in maintaining their equipment.
