Comprehensive Service Agreements (CSA)

PSC Recognize that today it is highly critical to protect assets and important to work within your budget to do so. Comprehensive Service Agreements (CSA) were designed to cover the full extent of the equipment requirements at your facility.

The benefits of the CSA include:

• Fixed Lump Sum Price over the life of the contract
• Easier budgeting of annual activities
• Provides on call engineers around the clock.
• Equipment will receive all of factory recommended PM's on a yearly basis.
• Can be tailored to customer's needs as far as length of contract and what equipment is included.
• Eliminates administrative burden of and internal processes to mobilize manpower.

A regular PM will minimize downtime caused by:

• Dirty or corroded components
• Components with excess wear
• Damage due to adverse environmental conditions
• Components reaching the end of their life
• Improper alignment of circuit boards and/or assemblies
• Other identified problem areas

Commissioning & Training

PSC services cover complete project management, supervision for installation, commissioning and start-up.

Our OEM Certified Engineers set-up the equipment parameters ensuring that your machine is ready for optimal use.

Training at different levels are also available. We provide training for your staff on our systems at site, in our local training center or abroad in accordance with you requirement.

Spare Parts Management

PSC maintains inventory of critical spare parts in order to minimize downtime for equipment already installed in its client’s premises. This inventory is regularly updated.
